The Salishan Remodel was a full gut interior remodel of a multi-level coastal home with a challenging five-level layout. The goal was to improve flow and functionality while creating a space that felt warm, intentional, and connected to its surroundings.

A new layout brought the kitchen into the main living space, allowing it to become part of the home’s natural gathering area. The original kitchen was repurposed into a dedicated dining room, creating better separation and a more comfortable rhythm between cooking, dining, and relaxing.

Custom white oak cabinetry became a defining feature throughout the home, carried into matching beam wraps and a custom cable handrail system that ties the stairways together across all levels. The primary bathroom was fully reworked with a custom shower designed to reflect the relaxed Salishan aesthetic through natural materials and thoughtful detailing.

The finished home feels cohesive, functional, and thoughtfully designed — a complete interior transformation that balances modern living with a calm, coastal feel.
