The Erickson Addition & Remodel expanded the home’s kitchen and primary bathroom by extending exterior walls to create more comfortable, functional living spaces. The goal was to improve everyday usability while keeping the home feeling cohesive, warm, and intentional.

The kitchen addition allowed for a redesigned layout with custom-built cabinetry, including full-height upper cabinets that maximize storage while maintaining a clean, refined look. We added structural support for the new over-sized kitchen island. The expanded space improved workflow and created a kitchen better suited for daily living and gathering.

In the primary bathroom, the exterior wall extension provided room for a larger bathtub and a newly built custom shower. Sage green tile was selected to reflect the surrounding landscape, bringing a calm, natural feel into the space.

The project also included new flooring throughout the first floor, updated stair treads, new windows, and exterior siding, tying the addition seamlessly into the existing home. The result is a thoughtfully expanded and fully updated interior that feels comfortable, functional, and well balanced.
